World Health Organization head Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and Donald Trump

I joined Turkey’s TRT World on Tuesday to evaluate the latest Donald Trump diversion, as the US Coronavirus death toll passed 90,000: blame the World Health Organization.

We have the narrative of the international community v. the narrative of someone who is facing more than 91,000 deaths, more than 1.5 million cases, and the fact that his Administration did nothing between January and March because he denied Coronavirus was occurring.

We discuss how Trump’s rhetoric and actions are further damaging America’s international standing: “The quicker we move away from the assumption that we look to Washington and Donald Trump on any issue, the quicker we take responsibility for ourselves.”
