Final death toll: 24. Three children among those. 48 injured, including two children. After 28 hours of digging through the rubble of one stairwell of one apartment building in Kyiv's Darnytskyi district, Ukraine's State Emergency Service ended the rescue.

Zelensky instructed Ukraine’s military to prepare “possible formats for our response”.
Ukrainian drones hit military and energy infrastructure across Russia early Friday, including the Ryazan oil refinery, around 122 miles southeast of Moscow.
Videos and photos on social media showed a large fire after resident reported drones and explosions near the refinery,
Ryazan is one of Russia’s largest refineries, producing more than 17.1 million tons of oil per year.
