I joined Times Radio’s Maddie Hale on Monday for a 30-minute analysis of the mounting problems for Donald Trump over the US-Israel War on Iran.
As Trump rants on social media, I explain how Iran has seized the diplomatic initiative with its 14-point proposal, beginning with its leverage over the Strait of Hormuz.
I detail the Administration’s lack of options, even as it proclaims “Project Freedom” to guide civilian shipping through the Strait.
Problem is, boys and girls, when you shout Wolf eight or nine times about your invasion, you don’t look like the Big Bad Wolf who is going to attack. You look some guy in the corner trying to act tough.
I go through revelations of the extent of damage to US military positions in the Middle East, with more than half struck by Iran.
And I consider Trump’s declining position on the domestic front, likely forcing the Administration into meaningful negotiations with Tehran.
