I joined Times Radio’s Alexis Conran on Saturday to review the state of the US Presidential campaign, with Joe Biden building his lead in both national polling and in swing states.

The other panelist is Greg Swenson of Republicans Overseas, who acknowledges that Trump has a “mountain to climb”.

I deal with Swenson’s attempts to “carry water” for Trump, insisting that he has not excused white supremacy and conspiracy theorists. Then I set out the possible last line for The Donald — suppressing the vote and, if that doesn’t work, refusing to leave the White House with lies about mail-in voting.

Unless Biden wins by, say, 400-138 in the Electoral College, Trump will try to cling on.
