I joined talkRADIO’s Nick de Bois on Saturday afternoon for a roundup of a “good week for civil rights — marches and Supreme Court decisions — and a very bad week for The Donald”, hours before Trump’s failed rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

ORIGINAL ENTRY: I joined BBC Radio Scotland’s Isabel Fraser on Saturday to discuss Donald Trump’s political difficulties amid Black Lives Matter marches, Coronavirus, Supreme Court decisions, and John Bolton’s forthcoming books.
I set out how Trump is now on the defensive in his fight against the US system. Failing to manage the crisis over the pandemic and to portray the protests as violent and illegitimate, he is now threatening to override the judicial branch by packing the Court.
That also appears a lost cause. But can Trump save himself, even with more revelations about his pursuit of foreign interference for his re-election, by undermining or even postponing November’s vote?

Trump and the GOP will likely be done in by their own fecklessness and impotence, which have been on display to everyone this month. The last few years are a testament that nobody cares about allegations of foreign interference, and they shouldn’t.
To be clear, the blues will *say* they care, but 0 reason to believe they don’t do so solely because it is politically expedient for them.
