EA on LBC: “Operation Economic Cockup” — How Trump Undermined US with His War on Iran

I joined Pakistan TV’s Sana Maqbool on Thursday to analyze the spike in attacks in the US War on Iran, with no prospect of talks to end the assault.

I establish the immediate cause of the latest US strikes inside Iran and Tehran’s retaliation, as the Americans try to break Iranian control of the Strait of Hormuz. Then I explain how and why the Trump camp has abandoned the Memorandum of Understanding, in favor of an ill-conceived economic war with no apparent chance of success.
