EA-Ukraine VideoCasts: Donald Trump’s Betrayal and Alliance with Putin
I joined Talk TV’s Petrie Hosken on Wednesday night to analyze the Kremlin’s ongoing manipulation of Donald Trump and his envoy, real estate developer Steve Witkoff, as they rejected proposals to end Russia’s 56-month full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
I begin with Witkoff’s affinity for Vladimir Putin, shown in his gushing tribute to the wanted war criminal as a “great humanitarian”, and how the Kremlin have dangled billions of dollars in economic deals before him, fellow envoy Jared Kushner, and Trump.
I work through Russia’s tactics, as it strings along the Trump camp while pursuing their missile and drone strikes in an attempt — perhaps their last chance — to break Ukraine this winter.
And I consider what Europe and the world must do in the circumstances to support Kyiv.
