EA on WION: Ukraine’s Pressure on The Kremlin’s Invasion

I joined Ukrainian journalist Daniel Tkiie on Tuesday to evaluate Ukraine’s pressure on Russia’s invasion, notably the possibility that Kyiv can cut off and end the 12-year occupation of the Crimea peninsula.

I evaluate Vladimir Putin’s grudging admission that Ukrainian strikes inside Russia and on Russian-occupied territory are having an effect on energy supplies. I cut through his declaration that the Kremlin will deal with this challenge and his bluster that the invasion will still succeed: “He really doesn’t have an answer for this situation.”
