I joined LBC’s Rachel Johnson on Sunday night to analyze the ongoing surge of the Presidential campaign of US Vice President Kamala Harris, as she passes Donald Trump in polling in the vital swing states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

Listen to Discussion from 2:09.43

Explaining how the Electoral College determines November’s outcome, I note how Harris leads Trump by 4% in each of the three states — a striking change from just over three weeks ago, when Trump led President Joe Biden by about the same margin.

Moreover, Harris has erased Trump’s lead in three other key states from the 2020 election: Arizona, Georgia, and Nevada.

I review how Harris’s campaign has not put a foot wrong since she took over as Democratic nominee on July 21, with Vice Presidential pick Tim Walz adding depth and enthusiasm.

And I contrast that with the struggles of the Trump campaign, as Donald refuses to give up his failing “insult politics” and his running mate J.D. Vance supports the “weird dudes” label by stalking Harris and Walz across the swing states.
