I joined Times Radio’s Alexis Conran on Saturday to analyze Donald Trump’s mounting legal troubles, amid the classified documents found in his Mar-a-Lago resort and other civil and criminal cases.

I begin with an explanation of the three criminal charges arising from the FBI’s search of Mar-a-Lago earlier this month: 1) violation of the Presidential Records Act; 2) obstruction of a Government investigation amid the enquiry into the January 2021 Capitol Attack; 3) violation of national security provisions, including the Espionage Act.

Then I look at cases such as the New York State civil prosecution of the Trump Organization for fraud; a possible Manhattan criminal prosecution in the same area; and the Georgia prosecution over Trump’s “fake electors” in the attempt to overturn the 2020 Presidential outcome.

The big winner on the Republican side in the past couple of weeks from all this? A guy named Ron DeSantis.
