I joined Turkey’s TRT World on Monday to review the mounting legal troubles of Donald Trump and to assess whether they will bury his attempt to take over the Republican Party — and possibly run for President in 2024.

Trump will run for President in 2024 if he is not in prison and if he is not stopped by leading Republicans.

Let us clear: even before that, Trump will put up his loyalist candidates against Republican incumbents in 2022.

Mitch McConnell protected Trump for four years. Now he has to hope the courts stop him, or that Republicans can be rallied against the Trumpists.
