With Donald Trump pushing the lie of fraudulent mail-in ballots, I joined Turkey’s TRT World on Thursday to examine whether the Republican Party can use voter suppression to keep Trump in the White House and to maintain their majority in the US Senate.
By repeating the lie again and again, Donald Trump hopes to do two things.
First, to prevent mail-in voting before the election.
Second, if he can’t succeed in suppressing the vote, he will say we have to have legal action to rule the mail-in ballots fraudulent — and try to stay in the White House for months.
