I joined Austria’s Radio FM4 on Friday to discuss the US Federal Court ruling that the Government’s mass surveillance of American citizens is unlawful.

We discuss the surveillance program, instituted by the George W. Bush Administration just after 9/11, and whether Edward Snowden (pictured) — the National Security Agency staffer who revealed the extent of the program in 2013 — can return to the US from Russia.
