Amid its deployment of Homeland Security forces to detain and beat Black Lives Matter marchers in Portland, Oregon, can Donald Trump’s campaign succeed with tactics to stir up violence and disorder, while maintaining that it is supporting police?

Campaigning on the economy is out for November because it’s taken such a hit. Trying to show Trump’s leadership on Coronavirus, while excluding his medical experts, is failing because of more than 145,000 deaths and record-setting daily increases in cases.

So where you do go next? Me v. my enemies: extremists, anarchists, and radicals of the Black Lives Matter marches supported by Democrats.
