EA on CNN: What’s Next in Trump Impeachment; Will Donald Undermine UK Prime Minister Johnson and NATO?

I joined CNN International’s Michael Holmes on Sunday to discuss the next steps in the Trump impeachment process, and how Donald Trump and his advisors will try to undermine a House vote likely to occur before Christmas.

We also consider, as Donald Trump heads to the NATO summit in London, whether Trump will unsettle the alliance — and whether he may unwittingly undermine his ally, Prime Minister Boris Johnson, during a UK General Election campaign.

The biggest problem for Donald Trump in getting legislation passed since 2017 is Donald Trump. The biggest problem for NATO is not the impeachment hearings; it is that Donald Trump is unpredictable and insults foreign leaders.
Time to keep our eye on the ball and not get dust thrown in our eyes.
