On Thursday, The Times of London asked me for an explainer on whether Donald Trump will be impeached and, if so, convicted.

I’m here to tell you why it is probable that Donald Trump, the 45th President, will be impeached by the House of Representatives by the end of this year.

And why in early 2020 Donald Trump faces a slim chance — slim, but not zero — that he will be convicted and forced out of office by the Senate.
