Iran — and I do think Iran is behind this attack, directly or indirectly — has upped the states for the US and the rest of the world: “If you are going to keep putting sanctions on us, we are going to make you hurt.”

Clearly a lot of BS fly around from the US side and IRI. From iri, nothing new just the same BS we use to out of desperation, lack of policy, or wisdom. From the US side, we know DT has lose mouth and anything can come out that may or may not amount to much. But clearly the US is in control seat of when and where to respond. Really, if you were going to a war of any scale, that is what you want to do. So, give the US credit, and maybe a bit to DT.
As for iri, well, they are just building up a case against themselves.
