Now see Mueller Report Analysis: Yes, There Was Collusion and Obstruction of Justice

Just ahead of the release of the Mueller Report on Trump-Russia links, I spoke with CNN’s Will Ripley and talkRADIO’s Julia Hartley-Brewer on Thursday about the likely aspects of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s findings — and how the Trump White House and Attorney General William Barr are trying to pre-empt any political damage.

The fundamental here is that a foreign power interfered in a US Presidential election in 2016 on behalf of a candidate, whether he knew it or not. That is an unprecedented attempt to subvert American democracy.

The Mueller Report should be read, first and foremost, for this. But the Trump team will not only say that there is nothing to see here but will also try to undermine the effort.
