The European leg of Donald Trump’s overseas trip has been far from news-free. The President’s provocative statement at the NATO gathering has raised further concern among other members, accentuated by his insulting of Germans over their automobile gathering and a shove of Montenegro’s Prime Minister that went viral on video.

But this has been eclipsed by the expanding investigation into links between Trump associates and Russian officials, with Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner now snared in the inquiry.
