On Friday, Iranian-led and pro-Assad militias bcoke the agreement seeking to remove tens of thousands of civilians from the remaining opposition areas in Syria’s largest city Aleppo. The latest attacks add to the uncertainty and peril for those who have endured months of siege, bombing, and ground assaults.
