Russia has murdered a 3-month-old boy and injured 11 people, seven critically, in an attack on Marhaents in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Among the wounded are two children aged 5 and 12.
The Russians struck a high-rise residential building with drones.

Ukraine’s drone attacks suspended crude oil exports from Russia’s Sheskharis terminal at the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk on Friday, confirm “three sources familiar with the matter”.
The Sheskharis terminal, which handles around 700,000 barrels per day of crude oil, is Russia’s main oil export facility on the Black Sea.
One tanker scheduled to load crude left for open sea, as the port suspended crude loadings and stopped accepting oil because storage tanks had reached capacity.
Earlier this week, Ukraine damaged four Russian warships, shut down two grain terminal, and hit other facilities at the port.
UPDATE 0553 GMT:
Ukraine’s Flamingo cruise missiles have struck Russia’s JSC Rocket and Space Center Progress in Samara, around 920 km (572 miles) from the frontline.
Progress is one of Russia’s key rocket and spacecraft manufacturers and the main production site for Soyuz-2 rockets.
Samara Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev confirmed that missiles struck an “industrial facility” without specifying the site.
Ukraine also hit the Savasleyka military airbase, which hosts Mig-31 fighter jets capable of launching Kinzhal ballistic missiles.
The airbase is in the Nizhny Novgorod region, around 660 kilometers (400 miles) inside Russia.
ORIGINAL ENTRY: Russia’s killing of civilians in Ukraine is at its highest level since the first complete month of its full-scale invasion in March 2022, reports the UN.
The Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine found at least 437 civilians in Ukraine were killed and 2,610 injured in July. The casualties increased 30% from June, which was the deadliest month since April 2022.
Casualties last month rose by 70% compared with July 2025. Child casualties are at their highest level since April 2022, with 17 killed and 166 injured.
Russia’s long-range missiles and drones remained the leading cause. In Kyiv, at least 54 residents were murdered and 202 injured in July.
Exploiting Ukraine’s lack of anti-ballistic missile defense, Russia more than doubled the number in July. At least 429 missiles were launched, many targeting Kyiv.
The deadliest attack was on July 2, when Russia hit Kyiv with more than 70 ballistic missiles and almost 500 drones. At least 30 civilians were killed and more than 100 injured.
Ukraine intercepted only 29 of the 195 ballistic missiles Russia launched last month.
