UPDATE 0631 GMT:
Ukraine’s drones have struck oil infrastructure in Russian regions overnight.
Videos and photos show large flames and plumes of smoke from storage tanks at the refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban.
Russian officials said the fire was caused by falling debris.
The refinery, in Krasnodar Krai in southwest Russia, is a key fuel supplier for Russian-occupied Crimea. Ukraine is trying to cut off the peninsula, where Russian proxy authorities have banned fuel sales except for the military and essential services.
Smoke was also seen rising from the area of the Yaroslavl oil refinery, around 250 km (155 miles) northeast of Moscow.
Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Slavyansk EKO refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban, Krasnodar Territory, overnight. Heavy smoke spread across the city after the attack on a plant that processes up to 5.2 million tons of crude per year and supplies Russia’s army and occupied Crimea. #Ukraine
