EA on BBC: Biden’s 1st Small Steps Towards Gun Control

I joined Roberto Perrone on BBC Three Counties on Thursday to discuss President Joe Biden’s initial steps for gun control, and their place within the wider, ambitious domestic program of the Biden Administration over the economy, jobs, infrastructure, and climate change.

We review Biden’s executive orders, and the bigger challenge of getting legislation through Congress. Then I explain why, contrary to Trumpian propaganda, this President has been competent and not “hiding in his basement”.

I never thought the Biden Administration would be this ambitious. If they succeed, it will be the greatest and most productive change in American society since the 1930s.
