Establishing immediately that almost no one except Mueller’s team know the content of the report, we discuss why dismissing it as “No Collusion” is more political spin by Trump’s allies than an accurate representation.

That points to the battle over whether the extent of Mueller’s evidence and findings will be made public — and also to the possible contribution to multiple Federal and State investigations of Trump and his inner circle.
