Businessman Arron Banks — did he channel funds from “impermissible source” into campaign for UK to leave European Union?

In our 15-minute Week in Review, I spoke with Paul Ross of talkRADIO on Friday about suspect money and dubious politics in both the UK and the US.

We begin with the news that the UK’s National Crime Agency will investigate £8 million of funds from an “impermissible source”, including £2.9 million used by the Leave campaign in the Brexit referendum. The money went through the Isle of Man, with links to businessman Arron Banks, but did it come from farther away?

Then we look at an “honourable resignation” by Sports Minister Tracey Crouch, protesting the Government’s delay in implementation limits on fixed-odds betting terminals.

Our last stop is Donald Trump’s anti-immigrant rhetorics and measures, including the pitting of the US Army against a caravan of migrants, including women and children.
