I joined Monocle 24’s The Briefing on Friday to discuss the comprehensive US sanctions on Iran which take effect from Sunday.

Will the Trump Administration get its goal of regime change? Why is it issuing waivers which mean eight countries can still purchase some Iranian oil? And how will Tehran respond?
