Iran Audio Analysis: What Chance for a US-Tehran Nuclear Agreement?

1. “I was disappointed by the speech. A lot of it in the opening section had hints of his predecessor Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, denouncing the Global Arrogance, denouncing imperialists. Pretty sterile statements against the West.”

2. “That said, he hit the key point that Iran did not want to pursue nuclear weapons, that it wanted an approach to moderation, paving the way for what should be fairly constructive talks on Iran’s nuclear program.”
