We begin with Canada’s “Elbows Up” resistance to the tariffs and threats of an “economic moron” named Donald Trump. I detail the last-minute US ultimata that sank trade negotiations, and explain how Canadians have mobilized in defense of their country.
I detail the problems and purges of the US military. An inept Trump Administration and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth are trying to convert the armed forces into their personal services, rather than maintaining them for national and international security.
Amid that story, I explain how the Trump camp fired four-star Gen. Randy George. The reason? They wanted to shut down an investigation into US helicopters being flown in Tennessee — not to face any threat but to give an aerial high-five to Trump’s buddy Kid Rock.
