At least 15 people were killed, including two children and a first responder, and 37 injured in the city of Dnipro.

In Kyiv, at least six civilians were murdered and 79 injured.
Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky has commented on the strikes:
An absolutely clear statement from Russia: if Ukraine is not protected from ballistic and other missile strikes, these attacks will continue. Europe needs its own anti-ballistic defense so that this war can finally be brought to an end. And assistance from the United States in supplying missiles for Patriot systems is absolutely necessary.

In Dnipro, low-rise buildings partially collapsed. Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov said 49 residential buildings were damaged, with seven “practically completely destroyed”.
At least 23 of the injured required hospitalization, including a 13-year-old girl.
Damage was also in multiple districts of Ukraine’s second city Kharkiv in the northeast of the country.
Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky warned last Friday that Russia was preparing a new mass attack, citing Ukrainian intelligence reports. He repeated the message on Saturday and Sunday, calling for vigilance:
A massive strike may happen — they have prepared it. Our defenders of the sky are ready 24/7, to the extent possible with the supplies currently available.
Last week Zelensky sent a letter to Donald Trump and the US Congress, highlighting the shortage of air defense systems, especially against ballistic missiles.
Putin not gonna say ” sorry folks all a mistake” now is he.
