The Russian Investigative Committee confirmed the killing and said a criminal case has been opened.

The car exploded in the courtyard of a residential building at around 7 a.m. Investigators said an improvised explosive device was planted under the Kia Sorrento’s chassis and detonated a few seconds after the vehicle started moving.

Swedish customs personnel boarded the Adler early Sunday after the ship suffered engine failure and anchored off Sweden’s west coast the previous day.

The Adler has transported Russian weapons and its owner, M Leasing LLC, is sanctioned by the US and European Union. The company was cited for using its ships to carry North Korean ammunition to Russia for use in the invasion of Ukraine.

ORIGINAL ENTRY: Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky and his senior officials have spoken of “constructive” talks with Donald Trump’s envoys in Florida to end Russia’s invasion.

Ukraine’s delegation, led by National Security Council Secretary Rustem Umerov, held a third day of discussions on Sunday with real estate developer Steve Witkoff and Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner.

In his nightly address to the nation, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke of the “constructive engagement”, which included European officials.

He also hailed the European Union’s confirmation of a €90 billion loan to meet 2/3rds of Ukraine’s financial needs through 2027.

Umerov summarized, “Over the past three days in Florida, the Ukrainian delegation held a series of productive and constructive meetings with American and European partners….Ukraine remains fully committed to achieving a just and sustainable peace.”

Umerov did not mention the Russian delegation, led by Vladimir Putin’s financial advisor and Witkoff’s friend Kirill Dmitriev, which is also in Miami to see the American.

Witkoff posted about discussions with the Ukrainians, repeating Umerov’s statement word-for-word:

He also used “productive and constructive” about talks with the Russians. Then he praised the invaders:

Russia remains fully committed to achieving peace in Ukraine. Russia highly values the efforts and support of the United States to resolve the Ukrainian conflict and re-establish global security.

Publicly, Dmitriev spent the day trolling Ukraine on social media. He praised US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard for amplifying the Kremlin’s disinformation as she denounced her own intelligence agencies.

DNI Tulsi Gabbard exposed the warmongers pushing WW3—and the massive fake-narrative media machine that sells fear as policy.

From Dark to Light.

In Moscow, Putin’s senior foreign policy aide Yuri Ushakov complained that discussions had moved away from the 28-point ultimatum to Ukraine, prepared by Dmitriev with Witkoff and Kushner in late October.

“I am sure that the proposals that the Europeans and Ukrainians have made or are trying to make definitely do not improve the document and do not improve the possibility of achieving long-term peace,” Ushakov said.

Not wanting to amplify the current proposals, he said he had not seen them and his criticism was “not a forecast”.
