Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky has summarized his visit on Monday to the UK, including a meeting with Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
Zelensky hailed discussion of the development of defense cooperation, ensuring stable funding for Ukrainian projects, particularly the production of interceptor and long-range drones.
He emphasized the necessity for new sanctions against Russia, including on the energy and banking sectors, Moscow’s shadow fleet, companies that supply dual-use components used in drones and missiles, and individiuals involved in the production of the Oreshnik missile system.

Zelensky also spoke with Ukrainian troops training in the UK and addressed the Royal Institute of International Affairs.
ORIGINAL ENTRY: Russia has again committed mass murder in Dnipro in south-central Ukraine, striking with missiles early Tuesday.
The Russians hit civilian infrastructure, a passenger train, a dormitory, a gymnasium, and an administrative building. They also struck the nearby town of Samarske.
“Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded everywhere,” said Dnipropetrovsk Governor Serhii Lysak.
Ukraine’s national railway company, Ukrzaliznytsia, confirmed the damage to the train traveling from Odesa to Zaporizhzhia city. No passengers or railway workers were killed in the attack, but several people sustained injuries and are receiving medical care.
Russia attack came as NATO leaders convened for a high-level summit in The Hague.
