I joined Dublin NewsTalk’s The Pat Kenny Show on Tuesday morning to evaluate Ukraine’s assassination of Russia’s Lt. Gen. Igor Kirillov (pictured), the effect on Vladimir Putin and the Kremlin, and the possible response of Kyiv’s partners.
The 18-minute discusssion took place about two hours after a Ukrainian official acknowledged the State security service’s attack on Kirillov, the commander of Russia’s radioactive, chemical, and biological protection forces.
