UPDATE 1322 GMT:
The toll has risen to 16 wounded, including a 17-year-old boy, from Russia’s overnight guided bomb strike on buildings in Zaporizhzhia city in southern Ukraine (see Original Entry).
Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy commented:
This week alone, the Russian army has used nearly 900 aerial bombs, over 300 “Shahed” drones, and more than 40 missiles. This Russian terror knows no pause, and it can only be stopped by the unity of the world — unity in supporting Ukraine and unity in putting pressure on Russia for the war.
Today, Russia struck Zaporizhzhia with aerial bombs. Ordinary residential buildings were damaged, and the entrance of one building was destroyed. The city’s infrastructure and railway were also damaged.

UPDATE 0649 GMT:
Ukraine air defenses downed 15 of 22 Iran-type drones launched by Russia overnight.
Five others went off radar because of electronic counter-measures.
The drones were shot down over the Sumy, Mykolaiv, Vinnytsia, and Odesa regions.
An educational institution in Mykolaiv was damaged but there were no casualties.
ORIGINAL ENTRY: At least 10 civilians have been killed by a “double tap” Russian drone strike on a medical center in Sumy city in northern Ukraine.
One person was slain in the initial drone attack that destroyed several floors of the hospital on Sunday. As emergency services were evacuating hospital’s patients, Russian forces struck again, with a policeman among those killed.

Danielle Bell, head of the UN human rights monitoring mission in Ukraine, said the “loitering munitions” struck 45 minutes apart: “Most of the fatalities occurred during the second strike, which hit as first responders arrived at the site and patients attempted to evacuate.”

[Russia is] waging war on hospitals, civilian objects, and people’s lives. Only strength can force Russia into peace. Peace through strength is the only right way.

Officials confirmed that Russian attacks in the Kharkiv region in northeast Ukraine killed four people on Saturday.
Among the victims was a Supreme Court judge delivering aid to residents in a civilian car. Three women in the car were injured and taken to hospital.
In the village of Slatyne, 13 km (8 miles) from the Russian border, three civilians were killed and six wounded.
An educational institution and shops were struck while people were walking on the street.
A Russian guided bomb attack on apartment buildings in Zaporizhzhia city in southern Ukraine injured at least six civilians. One woman is trapped under rubble.
The city was targeted at least 13 times overnight. A multi-story building was destroyed, and 15 multi-story buildings and at least 15 private houses were damaged.
