UPDATE 0955 GMT:
Sweden has closed its investigation into the sabotage of three of four Nord Stream pipelines between Russia and Germany in September 2022.
Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson spoke in an interview about the explosions in the Baltic Sea, off the Danish island of Bornholm:
We had a formal investigation because it didn’t happen on Swedish territory, it happened in the Swedish economic zone. It was done in a fairly traditional way, and they came to the conclusion that no one could be blamed for this. They didn’t have a case. So for us, it’s closed.
Denmark halted its enquiry at the end of February, finding no sufficient grounds to initiate a criminal case.
Sweden, concluding that no Swedish nationals were involved, has passed on its evidence to Germany where the investigation continues.

ORIGINAL ENTRY: Russia has carried out another “double tap” missile attack in northeast Ukraine, killing two first responders.
The head of the district emergency services and a police officer from a rapid reaction unit were killed near Kharkiv city> Among around 20 injured were three emergency workers, another policeman, two children, and five railway workers. Railway infrastructure, including train wagons, was damaged.
In a “double tap” attack, the Russians fire a missile on a civilian area. As first responders gather to treat victims and fight any fires, the invaders then strike with another missile.
Saturday afternoon’s attacks, less than 30 minutes apart, were on a railway station in Budy, less than 15 km (9 miles) southwest of Kharkiv city.
“The terrorists cynically and purposefully struck when all the services arrived at the scene,” said Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
In the Kherson region in southern Ukraine, three people were killed and five injured by Russian shelling. A 41-year-old male resident was slain in the village of Tokarivka, and two women, 72 and 50, perished in assaults on the village of Pryozerne.
