Men carry the body of a victim after Israeli forces fired on people in Gaza waiting for aid, February 29, 2024
I joined India’s WION on Saturday to analyze the significance of the killing of more than 100 Gaza civilians, with more than 700 wounded, when Israel’s forces fired on people trying to get aid on Thursday.

I link the stories of more than 30,000 Gazans slain since October 7 and the risks of starvation, disease, and deprivation for the rest of the population of more than 2 million.
I bleakly assess the prospects for a halt to Israel’s military operations, reiterating that there is little hope while Hamas rules over Gaza and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is still in power.
