I joined Times Radio’s Rosie Wright on Friday to analyze the imminent supply of fighter jets to Ukraine, beginning with Poland and Slovakia, and how the development will further challenge Russia’s troubled invasion.
We begin with a review of the Russian downing of a US drone over the Black Sea, and how the incident points to Moscow’s weakness and a sense of desperation.

On the drone incident:
The Russians are stalled in eastern Ukraine in a last-gasp offensive. They know that Ukraine is getting more equipment, including the fighter jets. They know there is a narrowing window where they can seek aerial superiority even as they lose superiority on the ground.
With consummate projection, Scott Lucas speaks of ‘Moscow’s weakness and a sense of desperation.’
I look forward to seeing how Lucas will try to spin this when the real experiencers of ‘weakness and a sense of desperation’ can no longer conceal it.
Robert,
I’m pretty sure you’re using “consummate projection” here with no clue what it means.
But thank you for dropping by.
