Even by the standards of the Brexit disaster, it was a particularly shambolic week in the UK, from the Supreme Court ruling that Prime Minister Boris Johnson acted unlawfully to Johnson’s aggressive rhetoric belittling the damage — and risk to lives — that it might cause.
