Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson — probably to advance his own ambitions to replace Prime Minister Theresa May — said so last week in a talk with Conservative MPs, and he’s getting some support.

The promise of Trump, the idea of Trump, the allure of Trump is that he is this Great Disruptor who goes in and tells them like it is, shaking up the Establishment.

The problem with that is that there is nothing to replace this disruption. There hasn’t been one idea except that America will withdraw from agreements, To a degree, the US can do that — but the UK cannot.
