What is Donald Trump up to and why?
A lot of Republicans are asking that question after Trump’s sudden embrace of the Democratic Congressional leadership, including an agreement on the debt ceiling, emergency Government funding, and — most dramatically — a reversal of the Administration’s decision threatening the deportation of almost 800,000 young undocumented immigrants.
