I spoke with Austria’s Radio FM4 on Saturday, assessing both the immediate reactions and the wider significance of Donald Trump’s announcement that the US will withdraw from the Paris Accords on climate change.

The discussion considers the objections of political, business, and technology leaders to the withdrawal, the steps that State and local governments may take in response, and Trump’s appeal to his base for support.
