As Iran’s regime tried to build up public support for further military intervention in Syria, Iranian media have featured pictures of the funeral of one of the 13 Revolutionary Guards killed last week near Aleppo — the bodies of the other 12 have not been recovered — and of the troops returning from the loss to rebels and the jihadists of Jabhat al-Nusra.
