If you get past the Supreme Leader’s defiant rhetoric and the overwrought stories about devious Iranians somehow supporting the Islamic State, you might find that Iran is concerned and even frightened about the crisis in Iraq:

Tehran is scared that Iraq will become a fractured state, and that some of those who hold power in that fractured state will become Iran’s enemies — not just your everyday enemies, but mortal enemies.
