EA on Times Radio: How Much Trouble Do Trumpists Face in US Midterm Elections?

I joined Times Radio’s Olly Mann on Saturday to evaluate the 5-day tenure of Katie Zacharia and its wider significance for a dysfunctional Trump Administration.

I explain how Zacharia, with her background at a hard-right Trumpist outlet, got the job despite an apparent lack of expertise and preparation.

But, rather than piling on her, I focus on the perversion of the the Press Secretary’s post under Trump to become a liar always praising an “Emperor With No Clothes”.

I note how, amid issues from the economy to Trump’s War on Iran, that is damaging to the US system.
