I joined Ukrainian journalist Daniel Tkiie on Monday for a 33-minute analysis of the latest position in Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, beginning with Kyiv’s counter-attacks restricting Moscow’s oil exports.

We are seeing Russia stuttering over this invasion and how it might keep going.

The relative silence from the Kremlin over the last few weeks has been interesting. It has to be concerned that it could not get Ukraine’s surrender over the winter, and now for the first time since 2022, they have lost territory on the ground.
