EA on CEO Retort: Can Democrats Get Their Act Together To Save US System?
In a 48-minute That Was The Week That Was (in TrumpLand), I joined The Trump Report’s Fergus Macphee to analyze the Trump camp’s latest move in its failing War on Iran, Donald Trump’s rant about South Korea, the destruction of the White House for a ballroom, and the prospect of Trumpist losses in the 2026 mid-term elections.
We begin with the Trump Administration’s attempt to escape its bind over Iran, trying to break the regime with economic pressure.
I go in hard on Trump’s threaten to abandon the 70-year US alliance with South Korea as he seeks a hug from North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un.
I return to Trump’s egotistical pursuit of a ballroom, now claiming that it is a shield for a military bunker.
And I consider Fergus’s question, “Is Trump losing his shine with endorsement of candidates for Congress?”, before warning that the media could still fall into the trap of his “culture wars” rhetoric.
