EA on RTE: Real Estate Developer and Trump’s Son-in-Law Visit Putin

EA on RTE: Zelensky in Ireland

I joined Times Radio’s Maddie Hale for a 32-minute analysis of Donald Trump’s envoy, real estate developer Steve Witkoff, and son-in-law Jared Kushner conferring with Vladimir Putin and his top officials in the Kremlin.

I discuss the need for the Kremlin to push aside a European counter-proposal, which begins with a ceasefire on current frontlines, so it can press its ultimatum — developed with Witkoff and Kushner in late October — for Ukraine’s cession of territory and permanent weakness.

I explain how Putin tried to manipulate the Americans, making them wait for three hours and then go through a five-hour conference, but how he still faces obstacles such as Kyiv, its European partners, and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

And I project the next maneuvers as Putin continues to reject a ceasefire and pursues aerial and ground assaults.

Steve Witkoff has been working for Donald Trump. He has been pretty inept. He has been a “bumbling idiot”.

But you know where he has succeeded? As an employee of Vladimir Putin. He’s done one helluva job.
