I joined India’s WION on Friday to analyze how Ukraine and Europe are pursuing their plan to end Russia’s invasion, with Volodymyr Zelensky intending to visit Donald Trump in Florida on Sunday.

I explain the terms over territory, the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, Ukraine’s reconstruction, and security guarantees.

But I note that Vladimir Putin is almost certain to maintain his attempt to seize territory and break Ukraine — so the Kyiv-Europe tactic is to get more US support when the Kremlin issues its rejection.
