I joined India’s WION on Tuesday to analyze the latest in the Trump Administration’s confrontation with Venezuela, including a Russian legislator’s declaration that Moscow could supply the new Oreshnik ballistic missile to Caracas.

I cut through the bluster to evaluate the Kremlin’s position. However, Vladimir Putin is constrained by the costs and lack of progress in his 45-month full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
