EA’s David Dunn joined Dublin NewsTalk’s Claire Byrne on Wednesday morning to analyze the forthcoming US mid-term elections, including Steve Hilton, the Trumpist candidate for Governor of California.
Hilton was Chief of Staff to UK Prime Minister David Cameron. He then went to the US and become a prominent hard-right polemicist on Fox TV.
Hilton trails the Democratic nominee Xavier Becerra by around 10% in polls but the race has been tightening.
David also summarizes the latest position before the November 3 vote, with Democrats benefiting from Donald Trump’s unpopularity — but with many races too close to call.
