On the eve of Donald Trump’s first appearance at the UN General Assembly, I spoke with George Howell of CNN International on Sunday about dealing with an unpredictable US President.

The discussion starts with the question of whether the US is shifting its position on climate change, backing away from Trump’s announcement of withdrawal from the Paris Accord. It then considers the split between hardliners and the GOP establishment and efforts within the White House to “contain” Trump, before looking at the UN meetings and asking, “Who are the adults in the playground?”
